Full Journal pdf2023-03-01 House Journal Page 0299 HJR 5 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 27 calendar (page 284), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 5(FSH) Urging the United States Secretary of Commerce, the National Marine Fisheries Service, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, and other federal and state agencies to defend the state's fisheries, including the Southeast Alaska troll fishery. Representative Hannan moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and she was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 5(FSH) pass the House?"
